Professional Mediation Association membership provides recognition and access to you and your services via your own Online Internet listing. You receive your own professional listing or home site on the Internet. Membership in the Professional Mediation Association provides members with marketing and promotion specifically designed to put clients in your area in direct contact with you.

Through nationwide marketing, networking and contract promotions to Industry, Government, Insurance and Medical Professionals as well as Individuals at the local and national level we make it possible for our members to Network with Mediation/Arbitration Affiliations and Organizations worldwide and to receive client referrals at both the national and local level.

The Association provides an easy to use interactive Mediator Locator Service at the ProMediation search site. Clients can access an Association member in their area by simply selecting their City, State or Zip Code. They can contact the member nearest them by Telephone, Mail, Fax or E-mail or go directly to that member's personal web site if available.

The Association provides toll free, mediator locator and referral services to prospective clients via our 1-800 number or via Internet access. No other affiliation or service can provide more access to your services free of charge to your clients and with no referral fee to you. All Association services, web listings and site costs are included in your annual membership.     

You're in good company as a member of the Professional Mediation Association. Member applicants are screened and reviewed before acceptance to ensure the highest standards of our membership. Each member must first be qualified pursuant to the regulations and qualifications established by their individual states. Association members are expected and required to adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards of the profession as a condition of continued membership.

Professional Membership is $75.00 per year with a $25.00 application fee for board review. (If the applicant is not approved for professional membership for any reason the applicant may receive a refund of the application fee or apply it toward an Associate Membership and request a re-review of membership qualifications at a later date.)

Associate Membership is currently free. Note that Associate Members do NOT receive referrals and are not listed in the online data base.                                         

Institutional or Corporate Membership is $75.00 per year with a $25.00 application review fee and entitles the member organization to receive newsletters, access online materials and may also designate one member of the organization to attend area and National Conferences. Institutional members also receive expedited attention in obtaining mediators for their organization or clients when needed.

Associate and Institutional Membership allows the use of "Member of the Professional Mediation Association" to be used and displayed by the Associate or the Organization member on printed material such as business cards, letterhead or other means of advertising.                                                         

Associate and Institutional Members do not receive client referrals. Referrals are only to qualified Professional Members
