State Director for the Professional Mediation Association in New Jersey
Since 1991, Kathleen V. Hogan, Esq., has been an attorney in good standing, licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms. Hogan is also a professional mediator and occasional adjunct college lecturer in areas related to constitutional law and the American government.
Ms. Hogan was professionally certified by the Supreme Court of Virginia to mediate court referred cases, which responsibilities she undertook as co-owner of Professional Mediation Advantage, LLC, in Virginia, before she recently returned to the full time practice of law in New Jersey.
Ms. Hogan has extensive experience in the federal arena, having served as District Representative in constituent services for the U.S. House of Representatives in the office of Congressman Robert A. Andrews (D-NJ), and as a senior federal attorney for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, DC.
