Extensive experience in a Fortune 100 Corporation with full responsibility for multi-million dollar commercial software projects and government subcontract procurements.

He is also a Community Mediator for ACCORD, Inc. (http://www.tier.net/accord/) and serves on their Board of Directors. ACCORD is the local non-profit community dispute resolution center. Mr. Grant is a member of the New York State Dispute Resolution Association (http://www.nysdra.org/) and a General Associate Member of the American Bar Association, Section on Dispute Resolution. Mr. Grant has been on the Commercial Roster of Neutrals for the American Arbitration Association since 1994. He holds a BS, an MBA in labor economics, and a second graduate degree in educational administration. Mr. Grant brings to the table 20 years of experience in finance, administration, and management in both the public and private sectors.
