Jay Rhein
Jay Rhein brings a rich assortment of experiences to his mediation practice, particularly in the areas of business and international trade. Having founded his own distribution and exporting firm, Jay has acquired a wealth of experience in negotiating with people from all over the world.
Today, Jay is the president of Innovative Mediation Services where he directs a group of highly skilled and talented mediators. He started the company because he firmly believes in the effectiveness and power of mediation to settle disputes. Jay's ultimate ambition is to help his clients arrive at innovative solutions which go beyond that of just resolving the conflict. He strives to assist his clients in reaching an agreement which places them both in better positions.
In the special case of business disputes the entrepreneuring spirit in Jay drives him to help both parties arrive at a resolution - one which will serve as the new starting point for the profitable continuation of commerce between the two companies.
Jay is senior mediator for the Orange County Superior Court. In his past, Jay has served on behalf of the Marshall Islands as their Trade Ambassador to the United States. He frequently guest lectures at colleges and business conferences on matters pertaining to mediation and international trade.

Graduated from UCLA - Bachelor of Arts in Economics / Minor in Communications Member of the UCLA Gymnastic Team
